 Yes, membership can be canceled at any time provided a 30-day notice is given. If you decide to leave Succor Primary Care for any reason, there is absolutely no fee or penalty. Should your family again decide to rejoin, there will be a re-initiation fee. 

 Yes. We recommend our members continue a major medical plan and health savings account to ensure financial help should hospitalization or referral to a specialist be necessary. 

 One of the benefits of membership medicine is that our schedules become more flexible and, based on health needs, Member of our team is able to offer in-home visits.
